start with- 21 pulls each (on the rower) to accumulate as many calories as possible
immediately into- AMRAP of UNBROKEN thrusters- each (42.5/30kg)
* Rest 2 minutes between rounds
* count total of cals + reps

* Make sure you follow the standart- 2 feet touch the bar the same time + heels go behind the bar
