StrengthCon-

Warm up for this Complex-
1 Pwr clean + 1 sqt clean + 1 jerk

Then-
1 complex Every 1 minutes x 5 sets @80/50 or ~80%
1 Complex Every 1.5 minutes x 5 sets @85/55kg or ~85%
1 Complex Every 2 minutes x 5 sets @90/60kg or ~90%

Immediately into- 50 strict pull ups
