Every minute on the minute, for 24 minutes-

Minute 1- 50 Double unders
Minute 2- 12 Burpees
Minute 3- 1 Hang squat clean + 1 front squat + 1 jerk (choose your own weight)

Scaling options-
1- 40/30 DU's or 40/30 Jumping jacks
2- 10/8 burpees
3- light weight..
