D-ball OTS 60/40kg
strict pull ups
* 30 UNBROKEN double unders between sets

Scaling options-
D-ball- use less weight OR use KB
Strict pull ups- use the kip OR use band
Double unders-
1- with breaks
2- try one double every 5 jumps
3- 30 jumping jacks
