Part 1-

10 minutes to build squat snatch around 60-70% of your MAX
than-
"Death by squat snatch", start with 1 rep in the first minute & add one more rep every minute.

Cap- 10 minutes

Part 2-

3 min AMRAP, 1 min rest-
15 wall balls
12 t2b
9 box jumps overs
AMRAP of DB snatch in the remaining time

4 rounds.

RX= 22.5/15kg

Scale reps, movements & weight as needed (in order to have at least 40 secs for DB work)
